“임플랜트 보철 디자인 이해 도왔다”

덴티스, 김태형 교수 대구 특별 강연

치과치료의 심미성을 놀랍게 향상시키는 새로운 임플랜트 보철 디자인에 대한 이해를 돕는 강연이 마련돼 많은 관심을 모았다.
(주)덴티스(대표이사 심기봉)가 KDA 학술대회 연자로 나섰던 ‘김태형 USC치대 학장(University of Southern California) 초청 대구 특별 강연’을 지난달 20일 대구가톨릭대학병원 마리아관 109호 강의실에서 열었다<사진>. 

김 교수는 이날 Pontic 디자인과 Zirconium에 대한 상식 및 임상적용에 대한 강연을 통해 ‘Ridge lap pontic with circumferential pressure? New pontic design’, ‘Pontic design that allow you to control gingival tissue’, ‘Options to restore anterior implants, Zirconium abutments-new trend’, ‘Zirconium-current review, future studies, precaution’, ‘Application of CAD/CAM in abutment and restoration fabrication’,‘Gingiva-colored ceramics design’ 등에 대해 소개했다.
한편 김 교수는 임플랜트, 보철, 신소재 개발에 대한 리서치를 진행해 왔으며 Prosthondontics Review 및 다수의 Esthetic과 Implant 논문의 공저자로 참여해 왔다.
