근관치료한 치아는 감염되거나 낭종을 형성합니다. 그렇다고 그 치아를 빼는 것은 아닙니다. 대부분 치근단 절제술이라고 하여 치아끝을 잘라내는 수술을 하면 성공적으로 치료할 수 있습니다.

D: An apicoectomy involves the removal of a vert portion of the infected root tip. Also, it involves the removal of infected tissue from the jawbone surrounding the root.
감염된 치아뿌리 끝부분과 치근을 둘러싸고 있는 잇몸뼈로부터 감염된 조직을 제거하는 것입니다. 또한, 치아를 둘러싸고 있는 턱뼈의 감염된 조직을 제거하는 것입니다.

D: Sorry, I have a surgery to attend to right now. Afterwards, however, I don? have any patients to see for a while. If you are convinient, I can give you treatment. It shouldn? take more than 30 minutes.
