P: My tooth aches and my gums are swollen. I took some aspirin but it doesn’t seem to have any effect.
이가 아프고 잇몸이 부었습니다. 아스피린을 몇알 먹었는데 효과가 있는 것 같지가 않아요.
D: OK. Let’s take a look. Now open your mouth as wide as you can. I see that the third molar is seriously decayed. Do you remember that I wanted to pull out  that tooth last year?
자 볼까요. 자 입을 되도록 크게 벌리도록 하세요. 사랑니가 매우 상해 있군요. 작년에 이를 뺐으면 했던 것 기억나세요.
